She’s boobs and butting for the aliens, hoping to distract them from mutating the guy’s body even further.   His right arm is coming out of his left collar. (I know this one isn’t that bad, I was going to not post it but I saw the arm coming out of the guy’s chest and I thought people would get a kick out of it. xD ) Just another reason why Robotech is just a shameless ripoff of Macross

The bottom text is ambiguously suggestive and made me legitimately WTF after thinking of all the other Wartune ads that have been sent to Escher Girls. I personally don’t really know what to think of Wartune anymore… Her bikini’s side straps seemed to be glued to the contour of her boobs and ribs too… unnullifier submitted: Wartune is rated Adults Only by the ESRB now? I know that Eschergirls is no stranger to Wartune, however this ad caught my attention in the “Really? Are they really claiming to have an adults only rating by the ESRB?” sense. A quick check at the ESRB’s rating search shows that no, in fact of the 32 titles across all platforms that the ESRB has given the Adults Only rating, Wartune is not in that list. In fact, Wartune is not rated by the ESRB, period. So.. take the ongoing inappropriate over-sexualization of women to sell an online RPG/Strategy game, add a dash of “demon lady with no nipples”, a sprinkle of false advertising, and finally a pretty clear infringement of an ESRB trademark to try and give the sexual content of the ad some (undeserved) legitimacy. I’m not 100% sure why, but this ad seems more disturbing than the average Wartune ad. Well let’s report them to the ESRB for violating their trademark

Houston Chronicle: Police say a 2-year-old boy has died after accidentally shooting himself in the head at a North Texas home while his father was nearby. Corsicana police on Thursday identified the victim as Kinsler Davis. Police Chief Randy Bratton says the father called 911 on Wednesday night to report the shooting. The wounded boy was transported to a Corsicana hospital and then on to a Dallas hospital where he died later Wednesday. Bratton says the boy apparently found a handgun in a bedroom. The child’s 35-year-old father was in the walk-in closet of the bedroom at the time of the shooting. These things will happen, right? I mean, the occasional dead kid is just the price you pay to keep kids safe, right? Sure, that makes sense. After all, this is just an isolated incident. It’s not like this happens all the time. I have it on good authority that the gun nuts are tired of seeing stories like this. Hey, join the club. The difference here is I’d rather do something to prevent these incidents and they’d rather everyone just ignored them. As long as there are irresponsible parents (aka until the end of time) there will be kids dying in a plethora of ways due to lack of supervision/all out negligence and bad parenting. Kids also die falling off playgrounds, getting attacked by dogs, swallowing chemicals, etc. Hard truth is there’s nothing you can do. Deal with it. Sure, there could be a law mandating keeping guns locked away, keeping cable locks on all guns, whatever, but negligent parents are negligent parents and these things will continue to happen.  Short of taking guns out of homes with children, which is a completely hopeless idea, there really is no answer to it. The only possible help you could hope to give is to mandate some sort of firearms safety course.  But really, I’m interested in what you think could be done to prevent this. Of course we’re talking about Quickhits here, who loves to sacrifice logic in his campaign against the so called “gun nuts”.
